1 Cup Rice
1 and 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (thick)
Lemon grass (the lower 3 inches)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Mix Coconut milk with sugar,salt.lemon grass (chopped) and turmeric powder .
Combine with rice and cook….you will love the aroma.
