Thai Yellow Fish Curry
1 Small red pepper
5-6 Beans Trimmed and Chopped.
1 Tsp finely chopped lemon grass.
2 Tsp finely grated ginger
1 Tsp Turmeric1 Cup coconut milk
2 Tsp Fish Sauce2 Tsp brown sugar.
1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
1 Tsp lemon Juice
1 Tsp Finely Chopped fresh basil.
Fry the fish fillet cut into bite size (lightly)
Put the fish aside.
In the same pan take little oil.
When the oil is hot put garlic,chopped lemon grass,grated chilli and fry.
Add tumeric,brown sugar and fish sauce and chilli powder.
Add beans,red pepper and Fish.
Finely add coconut milk and let it simmer for sometime.
Serve hot with Jasmine rice
