Leek is a good source of dietary fiber.It contain good amounts of folic acid, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C.
Studies have shown that consumption of green leafy spinach slows the age-related decline in brain function.
My todays recipe includes the above leafy source. I try my level best to include leafy leafs in my daily diet..though the spicy version as we love spicy foods 🙂
INGREDIENTS
1.Pakchoy (chopped)
2.Spinach (chopped)
3.Leek (chopped)
4.Garlic and Onion.
5.Spicy sauce (if you don’t have one ,you can use tabasco)
6.Black pitted olives.
7.2 Tablespoon oil.
8.Salt.
The extra TINT that I used
INGREDIENTS
1.Spinach
2.Leek
3.PakchoY
4.Onions and garlic minced
5.Spicy sauce and black pitted olives.
6.Oil.
DIRECTIONS
1.In a pan take oil,fry onions and garlic.
2.Then put the green stuffs.
3.Add salt once the leaves are cooked as they reduce a lot.
4.Add chilli sauce/paste and pitted olives .
5.Once cooked served hot with fried Tofu.
