Hot and sour Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients

2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

1/2 Cabbage

1/4 Cup Vinegar

2 Red Chilli (chopped)

2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce

1/2 Tablespoon Grounded pepper

In a frying pan heat oil and then fry the cabbage turning( till lightly golden )
In a cup mix the rest of the ingredients (Vinegar, Soya Sauce,Red chilli and 1/4 water) and pour over the cabbage and let it boil till the cabbage becomes soft)
Serve hot.
Cabbage is rich in Vitamin A,B,C,E
