Parmesan Chicken in Red Spicy Sauce
Sauce: 1 large onion
1/4 cup oil
2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced
4 Tablespoon Spicy Tomato Paste (if you want it spicy)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Pinch of sugar
4 chicken breast cutlets (Cut into biteable pieces)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves
1/2 Tablespoon kesar.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
Add the onions and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the tomato paste, oregano, red pepper flakes, and sugar.
Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to maintain the simmer.
In a Cup mix all purpose flour with water and add it to the pan.
Add the fried chicken pieces and let it sim
Cook, uncovered while you prepare the chicken (about 10-12 minutes).
Add the cheese and kesar mixed in 3 spoon milk or cheese powder and close the heat
