Beety Beet


2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

1/2 Teaspoon Cumin seeds

Alugbati leaves (10-12 pc)

2 Beetroot

2 Tablespoon cashewnut/Almond

Chilli optional

Water (1/2)

Red dry chilli (Optional)

Chop beetroot into square shapes


Take oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds

Red dry chilli (Optional)

Put Alugbati leaves (chopped) and stir for a min

Put beetroots stir for 3 mins then add cashew (pound in pestle)

Put water and let it cook covered

When the beetroots are soft close the heat and serve

All time favorite for toddlers, if no chilli 🙂
