Have a husband who says he hates fish ? This baked dish sneak in and take the drama out.
INGREDIENTS
400 gram any white fish fillet
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup butter
Oil
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Marinate fish in the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Dip fish in egg white then immediately cover in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown.
SAUCE
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (Hot chili sauce , if you want it spicy)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp chopped ginger
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Mix sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise and milk. Add chopped ginger and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over fish. Bake for 15 minutes in a 350 F
Serve with Steamed Vegetables of your choice.

I was looking for recipes for fish fillet and luckily found your blog (https://loverspot.wordpress.com/main-cours/baked-fish-fillet/). I baked mine without the chili sauce because I hate anything spicy. This is so easy to cook. I served it sans the steamed vegetables because I do not eat veggies. Thanks for sharing this recipe…very useful to me!!!
