Big big words unlike me ,but yeah i always loved to read quotes and share the same. In fact during school days my diary was always full of quotes.
Now for todays recipe its a simple multi cook recipe. Multi cook recipe because you can make it with Gobi/ Cauliflower or chicken and it becomes your famous Gobi Manchurian or Chicken Manchurian.
Boneless Chicken (Cut into cube )- 250gm
2 Teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste
2 Tablespoon Vinegar
4 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
3 Tablespoon Cornflour
Tomato Sauce (4 Tablespoon)
Salt and Pepper (1/2 teaspoon each or as per taste)
1. Marinate the chicken pieces in salt, pepper,vinegar and soya sauce (2 Tablespoon) ,ginger garlic paste (1 tablespoon) for 30 mins ( Put in the ref)
2. Now, put chicken pieces in beaten egg and then coat in cornflour and fry one by one.
3. In a pan take oil and fry onions
1.Once the onions are soft add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min .
2 .Put Tomato sauce , Soya Sauce (2 Tablespoon) and Vinegar (ONLY 1 tablespoon) and let it boil.
3 In 1 Cup of cold water mix cornflour and pour it in the pan and let it boil.
4 Add chicken pieces and simmer till cooked.
5 Garnish with spring onion and serve.
N.B You can replace Chicken with Cauliflower.
