What awesome learning from Brown food contest

Chocolate  !! Yum Yum..all time kids favorite. I can make my 3-year-old kid do anything by bribing him with chocolates :-).

This Cheese Cake recipe is special to me as this is my own version.Few days back I was just doing time pass on the net when I came across   Dario’s Food styling and food photography site .It’s indeed a great learning site especially for amateur food photographers-great learning.Literally enjoyed every bit of it-the photos ,the description etc-simply wow.

It was in Dario”s site that Brown Food contest was hosted . Racking my head for the right ingredients to participate,I could think of nothing more than chocolate. The only source available was chocolate chips and being the last day of the competition I had less time to shop for more..

Finally settled my mind on Chocolate Cheese Cake .My hubby is happy whenever I settle on Cheese Cake -infact he introduced me to that and its his favorite dessert .What best is that whenever I make one ….I am all praised by him 🙂 so why leave this opportunity.

I was though not the winner of the contest 😦 but was a great learning for me. It was surprising to see how creative people are in clicking photos.Coconuts, Biscuits, spices etc were clicked and showcased so creatively am totally impressed.

However, not winning did not demoralize me I will keep trying and learning from all the extraordinary entries.
