Chocolate Souffle Cum Cake


What best when you have nothing to do and no one is at home and your house is full of kids dark chocolates. Why not try making some Chocolate Souffle (can also convert it to Chocolate mini cake)

INGREDIENTS

1.100gram dark bitter chocolates.
2.4 Egg white.
3.2 Egg Yolk.
4.50g sugar (caster sugar preferred)


DIRECTIONS.

1.Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
2.Put egg white in a bowl and whisk.
3.Take sugar and egg yolk in a bowl and whisk well.
4.Now once the chocolate melts mix it with egg yolk mixture.
5.Now,mix egg white one spoon at a time and whisk softly.
6.Half fill small baking greased bowl /ramekins with the mixture and bake for 25 minutes at 150 degree C (Preheated Oven).
