Spinach Pakora

What makes rainy days special?

The perfect ginger tea followed with some yummy pakoras. Bored with besan pakoras try some with bread pakoras.

Bread with Filling


The final Product




1. Spinach leaves.

2.Pak choi leaves


4. Oil

5. Salt as per taste.



1. In a pan put oil ,fry garlic,spinach leaves, pak choi put little salt,set aside.

2.Cut the sides of the bread and put the spinach filling in between two slices.

3.Roll a rolling-pin on top of the bread slice with filling lightly and flatten it.

4.In other pan put oil and fry the breads with filling.

5.Cut into half and serve.

  1. another good recipe… although it looks very tempting but i guess i am gonna try em out as sandwiches which will be less sinful for me 😛
